In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily logistics activities, managing a team of delivery personnel, and ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll use tools like SAP and JDE to manage inventory and track shipments, and you'll work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that goods are always available when needed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Manage a team of delivery personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Use SAP and JDE to manage inventory and track shipments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure seamless integration between storage and delivery operations.
• Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or a similar role, with a focus on end-to-end delivery operations.
• Proven experience using SAP and JDE for inventory management and shipment tracking.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of delivery personnel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze logistics data.
• Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in the logistics industry.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
