📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plastic injection moulds to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and address issues with moulds, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions and improve mould performance.
• Monitor mould wear and tear, and recommend replacements or upgrades as needed.
• Document all maintenance activities and findings in a comprehensive maintenance log.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in mould maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our mould maintenance processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the mould maintenance area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mould maintenance, preferably in the plastic injection industry.
• Proficient in using mould maintenance tools and equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines.
• Understanding of CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD, for mould design and analysis.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and other relevant industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Familiarity with the use of SAP or other ERP systems for maintenance scheduling and tracking.
