• Oversee daily operations of cold chain logistics, including warehousing, transportation, and delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with regional managers to align operations with company goals.
• Utilize tools such as SAP, TMS, and GPS tracking systems to manage logistics operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cold chain logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Certification in Cold Chain Logistics or relevant industry certifications.
• Strong understanding of SAP and other logistics management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
