In this role, you'll work closely with our finance team, using industry-standard tools like QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel to manage and analyze financial data. You'll be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the general ledger using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Support the finance team in financial analysis and forecasting.
• Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably in a luxury or hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English is required.
