📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain a wide range of medical equipment, including but not limited to MRI machines, X-ray systems, and patient monitoring devices.
• Ensure all medical equipment is calibrated, serviced, and maintained according to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Oversee the inventory of medical equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration and operation of medical equipment in clinical settings.
• Document all maintenance activities, calibrations, and repairs in a detailed and organized manner.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in medical equipment management.
• Train and mentor junior staff on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Equipment Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical equipment management, with a strong background in maintaining and servicing complex medical devices.
• Certification in Medical Equipment Maintenance and Calibration (e.g., CMET, RMP) is a plus.
• Proven track record of ensuring the reliability and safety of medical equipment in clinical environments.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in medical equipment management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and technical staff.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for inventory management, maintenance scheduling, and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
