📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Manage and process client orders using J&T Cargo's logistics management system.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of order status updates.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure seamless delivery of orders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with logistics management systems and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
