• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of sustainable forestry management programs.
• Lead a team of dedicated professionals in forestry conservation initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies for forest conservation and sustainable use.
• Collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and international partners to achieve conservation goals.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular assessments and reports on forestry activities and conservation efforts.
• Promote and implement best practices in forestry management and conservation.
• Represent PT Sumber Alam Lestari in forestry-related events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in forestry management and conservation.
• Proven track record in leading and managing forestry projects.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using GIS and forestry management software such as ArcGIS and Forestry Management System.
• Certification in Sustainable Forestry Management (SFM) or similar is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with local communities and stakeholders.
