Coinbase is seeking an experienced Manager, WFM Compliance Operations to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our Workforce Management (WFM) processes are compliant with industry standards and regulations. You will oversee compliance operations, manage a team of compliance professionals, and ensure that all WFM activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the development and implementation of WFM compliance policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of WFM processes to ensure compliance with regulations.,Manage a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with legal and other departments to address compliance issues and risks.,Ensure that all WFM data and reporting are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.,Stay updated with changes in regulations and industry standards, and adapt WFM processes accordingly.,Foster a culture of compliance within the team and across the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance operations, preferably in the financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of WFM processes and compliance regulations.,Proven experience in managing and leading a team of compliance professionals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
