📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and procurement, utilizing SAP and Oracle Retail for efficient stock control.
• Train and supervise pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor sales and marketing strategies, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
• Analyze sales data and market trends, providing actionable insights to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
• Participate in continuous professional development and certification programs to stay ahead in the industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail pharmacy administration, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven track record of successful operations management in a retail setting.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle Retail, and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
