📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances, including AC units, refrigerators, dispensers, and washing machines.
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify issues and determine the most effective repair solutions.
• Use specialized tools and software, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic software, to accurately diagnose and repair electronic components.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of our customers.
• Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities, including troubleshooting steps and parts replaced.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure that all repairs are completed according to company standards and procedures.
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure that all repairs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics repair and maintenance, with a focus on household appliances.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of electronic components and systems.
• Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of AC units, refrigerators, dispensers, and washing machines, including their components and repair procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
