📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic advice.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
