📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
