📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Evaluate and manage supplier performance, including quality, delivery times, and pricing.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement to ensure competitive advantage.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with vendors.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
