In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs that help our employees grow and succeed. This is an urgent opportunity, so we need someone who can hit the ground running. If you have a background in HR, training and development, or a related field, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and create learning plans to address them,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in HR, Training and Development, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in learning and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian is required
