📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.,Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor junior QC staff on quality control practices.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control role, with a strong background in quality assurance.,Proven track record of improving quality control processes and reducing defects.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
