In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead HR initiatives and projects to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.,Provide guidance and support to the HR team.,Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Experience in managing a team and leading HR initiatives.,Fluency in English is a plus.
