📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the distribution process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.Manage and mentor a team of distribution officers, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.Monitor and analyze distribution performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Conduct regular reviews and audits of distribution operations to ensure quality and efficiency.Participate in the development and implementation of distribution strategies and plans.Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and distribution management.Proven track record of successfully managing and leading distribution teams.Strong knowledge of distribution software and systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.🛠️ Keahlian
