📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.
