📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist with administrative tasks related to HR operations
- Support HR staff in managing employee records and documentation
- Help organize and coordinate HR events and activities
- Provide administrative support for recruitment processes
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of HR databases
- Support HR staff in preparing reports and presentations
- Help with the coordination of training and development programs
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
