📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the auto service center.,Manage and supervise a team of mechanics and technicians.,Ensure all services are performed according to company standards and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and services provided.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the automotive industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
