Hotel Tono Gadget is looking for a motivated Deputy Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service. If you are passionate about sales and have a strong customer service background, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in setting and achieving sales targets.,Manage the sales team, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events as required.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel frequently is a plus.
