📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
• Work closely with senior executives to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop and implement training programs to upskill our clients' staff and enhance their operational capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational strategies.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting operational achievements and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management and consulting, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Certification in operations management or a related field is a plus.
