📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are available and properly stored.,Work efficiently to meet the demands of the kitchen and ensure timely service.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in cost control and menu planning activities.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role.,Experience in Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
