📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outbound sales calls to identify and qualify potential clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through effective prospecting and relationship building.
• Present Hexagon Group’s products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing their needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a coordinated and efficient sales process.
• Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Provide regular updates to the sales manager on the status of leads and potential opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to enhance sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting leads into clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
• Familiarity with the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
