📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.,Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and critical thinking.,Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies, educational trends, and best practices to enhance the learning experience.,Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to ensure the success of our students and the overall functioning of the school.,Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to contribute to the school community and further our mission of providing a high-quality education.,Mentor and support junior teachers to help them develop their skills and grow professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and parents.,Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.,Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia is required.,English language proficiency is a plus.
