📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of aerospace components and technologies.,Oversee and manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, performance evaluations, and contract management.,Optimize inventory levels and warehousing operations to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities with other business functions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.,Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to ensure the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on the aerospace and technology sector.,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing supply chain operations in a complex and dynamic environment.,Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools, such as ERP, SCM, and TMS systems.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.,Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards, such as ISO, AS9100, and IATF 16949, is a plus.
