Resto Rama Restaurant is looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including fryers, ovens, and grills.,Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitized according to health and safety standards.,Monitor food temperatures and cooking times to maintain quality and safety standards.,Assist in restocking and organizing ingredients and supplies.,Work with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely food preparation.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.,Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment as needed.,Stay updated on new equipment and techniques to improve kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator in a food service environment.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
