📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Manage a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to travel frequently and work in various locations.
