📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests with accuracy and precision.

Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Prepare and store laboratory reagents and supplies.

Document and record test results accurately.

Assist in quality control processes to maintain standards.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory.

Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Technology or related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.

Knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques.

Understanding of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Proficient in using laboratory software and equipment.

Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
