In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks, including overseeing maintenance schedules, coordinating with vendors, and implementing energy-saving measures. You will work closely with our engineering and maintenance teams to ensure that all systems are running optimally, and you will be the primary point of contact for tenants and visitors regarding facility-related issues.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the building, ensuring all systems and services are functioning properly.
• Manage and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance vendors to ensure timely and efficient repairs and servicing.
• Implement and monitor energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Handle tenant and visitor inquiries and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the building.
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building management or facility operations.
• Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.
• Experience with facility management software such as FM:pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and inspections.
